Four Points Centre has 200,000 square feet of offic e space, 270,000 square feet of retail space and 550multifamilhy apartments. The development will ultimatel y have an additional 1 million square feet ofofficwe space, 250,000 square feet of retail space and a 250-roon hotel.
The new lease is significant since Four Point is in an area of Austin that has seen office vacancy rise in recent months as millionas of square feet of new product have been Four Points’ apartments do have as does its retail — includin an HEB and Target.
