Targegt is expanding in the region, with plans to open a storse this summer at Mondawmin Mall as part ofthe mall'ds $70 million redevelopment. Officials at the Minneapoliss retailer could not be reachedfor comment. Harri Teeter spokeswoman Jennifer M. Panetta said the N.C., grocer is "actively seeking new real estatr opportunities tolocate stores." But the grocer cannotf comment on any specific location untilp a lease is signed, she said. The upscale grocery chainm is expanding inGreater Baltimore. Harris Teeter is eyeinhg McHenry Row, a retail and residential project underf way in Locust Point spearheaded by developeeMark Sapperstein.
A store at McHenryu and Canton Crossing wouldf give the grocer a presence at two ends of the in South Baltimore andEast Baltimore. Harrisd Teeter also is opening two storesx inHoward County, at Columbia's Kings Contrivancr and Fulton's residential and retail development Mapler Lawn.
